个人简介
柳宁，男，中共党员，毕业于清华大学航天航空学院，博士。
在载人航天研制领域工作多年，参与天宫一号、空间站等多个航天器研制，具备丰富的航天器全周期总体设计、项目管理经验，参与多项航天标准、专利编制。
现任江南大学教授，纤维工程与装备技术学院副院长。主要研究领域为飞艇、无人机等低空飞行器总体设计及应用场景研究。
